These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PriApps LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("PriApps," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the PrintGuru platform, including the web application available at app.printguru.ai and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or accepting these Terms electronically, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
PrintGuru is an AI-powered print intelligence platform that assists organizations and their users in resolving print, scan, copy, and document workflow issues. The Service includes:
The Service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS). PriApps may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes.
The Service is intended for use by businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations ("Customers"). You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to create an account as an IT administrator. End users accessing the Service through a Customer's workspace must comply with their organization's policies and these Terms.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Service is not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13.
IT administrators must register using a valid work email address and authenticate via Google OAuth or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@printguru.ai of any unauthorized use.
Each Customer may create one or more workspaces. The IT administrator who creates a workspace is responsible for configuring access controls, inviting users, managing the Workspace Knowledge Base, and ensuring compliance with these Terms within their workspace.
End users access the Service through workspace invite links and authenticate via Google or Microsoft. The Customer is responsible for ensuring its end users comply with these Terms. PriApps issues end users a session token; end users are not Supabase Auth users and do not have direct access to workspace administration functions.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep your account information updated. PriApps may suspend or terminate accounts associated with inaccurate or misleading information.

End users are unlimited on all paid plans. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize PriApps to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All fees are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be itemized at checkout.
Annual subscriptions are billed for the full 12-month period upfront. Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in Section 5.5.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your workspace settings.
Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; you will not be billed for subsequent months but no prorated refund is issued for the current month. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day free trial period. If you believe a charge is in error, contact billing@printguru.ai within 30 days of the charge.
Monthly query allocations do not roll over. If a workspace reaches 90% of its monthly query limit, account administrators will receive an alert. When the limit is reached, end users will see a query limit notification and cannot submit further queries until the following billing period or until the plan is upgraded.
New workspaces receive a free trial of 14 days or 100 queries (whichever occurs first) from the date of workspace creation. No credit card is required to start a trial. A company email address is required. Trial workspaces use PriApps system-level AI keys and receive a reduced response token limit. At the end of the trial, the workspace will be restricted until a paid plan is selected. PriApps reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
PriApps reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this section, including suspension or termination of access.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to user queries ("AI Responses"). You acknowledge and agree that:
PriApps uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to power the Service. Use of the Service is also subject to those providers' applicable use policies.
You retain all ownership rights in documents, files, and other materials you upload to your Workspace Knowledge Base ("Customer Content"). By uploading Customer Content, you grant PriApps a limited, non-exclusive license to process, index, store, and retrieve that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to your workspace.
By uploading content to the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to upload and use that content in connection with the Service; (b) the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; and (c) the content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
PriApps may remove Customer Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. You may remove your own content at any time via the workspace administration dashboard.
The PrintGuru Global Knowledge Base is maintained by PriApps. Content within the Global Knowledge Base is made available to all workspaces for the purpose of print support and remains the property of PriApps or its licensors.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the Service, including how conversation data is pseudonymized and how you may exercise your rights under applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.
PriApps processes Customer data as a data processor on behalf of Customers who act as data controllers in their own jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to provide their users' data to the Service.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and the PrintGuru Global Knowledge Base, is owned by PriApps LLC or its licensors. "PrintGuru" and "PriApps AI" are trademarks of PriApps LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or to the Service.
Subject to these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, PriApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant PriApps a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or attribution.
Each party may receive Confidential Information of the other party in connection with the Service. "Confidential Information" means non-public information that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information. Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to fulfill obligations under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIAPPS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PRIAPPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PRIAPPS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF PRIAPPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIAPPS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PRIAPPS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PriApps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Customer Content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing workspace settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace will be downgraded or closed.
PriApps may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you: (a) materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 10 days of written notice; (b) engage in conduct we reasonably determine poses a legal, security, or reputational risk to PriApps or other users; (c) fail to pay fees when due; or (d) are subject to insolvency proceedings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. PriApps will retain and then delete Customer Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Data Retention and Deletion Policy. Sections 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 19 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@printguru.ai. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal proceedings.
PriApps may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) or by posting a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PriApps with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by PriApps of any breach of these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without PriApps's prior written consent. PriApps may assign these Terms without restriction.
